Typically each session is 55 minutes. The first session will normally last a little longer, due to paperwork and information gathering.
For clients that are unable to attend therapy in person, we offer remote options. Please contact us for more information.
Therapists in our office take insurance from various providers. Please contact our office or your individual therapist to confirm coverage.
Therapy is an investment in your mental health; this can vary for every individual. When you first start therapy, we will discuss what it will look like for your presenting issues and decide what it will look like for you. Generally clients start out on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. There is no one way fits all duration, and I will not keep you longer than necessary.
